Introducing Miles Allcock

Dec 8, 2023 | News

From scuba diving to service strategy. We’re getting to know the newest member of the Vaioni team, Senior Customer Success Manager Miles Allcock.

Miles will be working closely with our customers, so we wanted to take the opportunity to get to know him a little better and challenged him to answer our Vaioni Q&A.

Tell us a little bit about your role?
In my role as Senior Customer Success Manager I’ll be helping to improve all aspects of service management and to ensure the customer experience is second to none. I’ll be managing our customers in-life experience. That means understanding current needs, pain points and market challenges, and then being there to ensure customers can adapt. I’m dedicated to maintaining and developing an industry leading end to end service experience.

What projects do you/will you work across?
I’ll be developing and maintaining a proactive service strategy for Vaioni.

What’s your background in the industry?
I’ve worked in the industry for over 30 years across both delivery and assurance at all levels. I’ve had various roles during my career, been the director of my own company and have vast experience across project management, service management, supplier management as well having held the position of senior manager in global delivery IT / telecom solutions.

What are you passionate about?
Delivering an extraordinary service for our customers. Everything I do should be guided by our customers to ensure we are always adding value and going that extra mile to exceed expectations. Outside of work I’m a Manchester United season ticket holder and enjoy scuba diving, visiting wrecks and caves around the world.

What are you most looking forward to in the coming year with Vaioni?
Getting to know the company and our customers, hopefully improving the customers experience wherever possible.

What do you enjoy doing in your leisure time? Getting out and about on my mountain bike and spending time with the family and friends.
