In our recent partner satisfaction survey, we were proud to report stand-out customer experiences in all our business segments with a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
The responses demonstrated how our customers value our skills and recognise our commitment to providing value for money, with 39% of Vaioni partners scoring us 10/10 and 47% scoring us 7 or higher.
For us that means we’re helping our partners with their own customer experience.
The industry is continuing to take steps focusing on a more humanised customer experience, and we are pleased to see through our survey results and feedback that we are achieving this.
