Alan boasts over 15 years’ industry experience, including 12 years of Customer Delivery, Service and Operational Management experience.

Started within the industry as a Service Analyst for Cable & Wireless, before spending 10 years at Zen Internet where, as Customer Services Manager, he ran a department managing multiple Provisioning and Customer Service teams supporting Corporate, Business, Consumer and Partner customers.

He moved to TalkTalk Business as the Data Solutions Delivery Lead of the MPLS Project function, focusing on managing the delivery of large and high value national MPLS projects and solutions for corporate customers.

Bringing this experience together now as Head of Service for Vaioni, he is focused on continuing to support and enhance the excellent Customer Service Vaioni offers from the Service Delivery and Customer Care team.
