Vaioni releases a new and industry leading SLA for all Ethernet services.

Following Vaioni's increase in market exposure, further concentration on Ethernet Services and the ever increasing number of service providers entering into the Ethernet market place, Vaioni have set itself apart from the rest of the crowd by introducing a new and fresh SLA for Ethernet Services. Where many Service Providers are offering a standard and in some cases a sub-standard SLA and compensation matrix, Vaioni feels businesses who purchase an Ethernet service or solution which in reality is a costly purchase for any business and is reliant on mission critical services running 24/7, not only do you need to trust a quality Ethernet provider, but you need to know the service is backed up with a strong SLA that is also meaningful. Although our SLA offers a high 99.96% up-time guarantee (no-one in the industry can guarantee 100%), we aim to provide you with 100% up-time, however if we fail to offer you 100% up-time, the new Vaioni SLA gives you compensation against Vaioni failing to give you 100% up-time. So the result is if your business experiences a drop in service below 100%, you begin to be compensated immediately.
