For UK based HQ’s, we can also offer centralised Internet access at one of our Vaioni datacentres providing greater control, better performance of the network and ensuring strong security policy implementation is maintained across the network. With the ability for every site to access the internet from a central point, it also allows businesses to collocate mission critical and bandwidth hungry applications at the centre of the network without compromising the performance of the network which is still one of the biggest issues on any MPLS, IPVPN or PWAN, providing access to huge bandwidth, security and backup facilities, not normally available to businesses.

With a centralised internet point, Vaioni are able to offer a fully managed Fortigate UTM device to offer one of the best security systems from this world leading UTM manufacturer. Antivirus, Antispam, Intrusion Prevention Service, Web Filtering and Firewalling, are all standard features of this security device.

·         Hardware replacement – Vaioni offer a premium support service on all CPE equipment part of a Global IP VPN / PWAN solution as standard. Our offering provides a qualified engineer onsite with a spare part to replace any faulty CPE equipment supplied part of the PWAN solution within an allotted time guaranteed. As standard Vaioni provide an 8 x 5 x 4 (2hr response with a 2hr fix) between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. For mission critical networks, we also provide a 24 x 7 x 365 with a guaranteed fix of 4hrs from the time of the call received, all with an engineer present.
