This section of the website is designed to allow our Customers to provide feedback on any aspect of the service they have received from Vaioni without going through either their account manager or our support teams.
Feedback is sent directly to our customer care principal. You will receive an official acknowledgement within 5 working days, and a formal response within 20 working days. Initial communications will be via email to the address which you provide in the form below; expectations for further updates will be set in the initial email.
Please note, whilst feedback can be provided on the levels of service received, this pathway cannot be used to update or escalate any existing tickets or orders.
