With a unique reference code provided upon submitting your fault to us, Vaioni will endeavour to fix problems within a 4-hour window where possible. Managed Services such as Leased Lines, VPLS and Global Connectivity come with strict SLA's, so it is very much in our interest to fix issues relating to these service types as quickly as possible.
Part of any managed service, Vaioni provide advanced proactive monitoring services 24/7, so in the unlikely event your service experiences difficulties we will know about it before you do. Our advanced monitoring service gives you the ability to also receive alerts via email and text if required. In order to provide an extraordinary service Vaioni also provide login details to every managed service customer to view bandwidth usage and latency graphs which are accessible 24/7.
