Notes on pricing
● All 1:1 contended services are subject to a 12 month initial contract period. An order cannot be cancelled within 5 working days before Activation.
● ADSL activation on 1: 1 contended ADSL is always £50, and requires a BT landline.
● The line must be free from any other DSL or Data service. Migrations are not possible on 1: 1 services.
● DataStream lead time is typically 4-6 weeks but varies subject to VP capacity at the local exchange and copper availability.
● Changes to pricing may be necessary from time to time. Decreases will be applied with immediate effect. Increases will be applied following 30 days notice.
