The Vaioni Partner programme is designed for I.T. and Telecommunications companies, wishing to resell Vaioni’s range of market leading, Business Class connectivity and managed security products and services. Through working with Vaioni, resellers and partners will be able to incorporate quality and business only products and services backed with a whitelabelled service and first class technical support team. You also benefit from the independent advice and carrier services we have access to which includes, BT, O2, C&W, COLT, Global Crossing, THUS, Neos and NTL/Telewest. Vaioni have a wholesale relationship with each and every one of these carriers and interconnects with most. Result massive savings on connectivity and access to exclusive solutions.

What type of partner are you?

Reseller
Resellers come to Vaioni to look not for only additional revenue based services, but for expertise where they require it. We set ourselves high standards and each Vaioni member is an expert in their own field. So if you are looking to simply resell Vaioni broadband or its leading Enterprise Connect bonded DSL solution and generate healthy revenues or whether you are working on a high end connection or MPLS like a 100mb or 1Gb circuit across multiple sites, Vaioni can offer the consultancy, project management and provisioning process on your behalf of you to your customer and we can whitelabel it.

There are two types of resellers which we deal with on a day to day basis. Sales focused resellers, who need us to hold their hand throughout nearly every process and technical focused resellers, who need our expert advice on connectivity and security solutions. Resellers have two options when dealing with a customer requirement, either refer a customer directly to us and you benefit from a referral fee or you involve us from inception and we help you close the deal. Either way we will ensure your customer is well looked aftered.

If Vaioni are referred a customer by a reseller, we will ensure you receive commission or finders fee upon closing the deal. This is discussed with your account manager.


Wholesale Partner
Wholesale partners employ Vaioni where technical expertise exists and they require direct access to Vaioni’s extensive backbone and wholesale services. Wholesale Partners will resell more complex revenue making services and solutions like MPLS, Internet Security and WANs like MPLS and PWANs, which they will have existing knowledge on and are able to sell direct to their customers without the need to involve Vaioni. Wholesale partners will also benefit from wholesale pricing and are able to deliver there own services tightly integrated with our own. However there are revenue targets we expect before anyone can become a Wholesale Partner in order to benefit from the large discounts we apply.
