A dedicated support team member will follow a strict guideline on a regular basis. The regularity can be as often as you backup. So if you backup once a day, your dedicated support team member will check your company’s backup once a day. If you backup every 2 hours, he / she will check your backup every 2 hours and so on.

Error checks on latest backup
Correction of any errors and amendments with logging

Partial restore check
