Advanced Device Monitoring

As part of your Vaioni network(s) or Vaioni managed service(s) as standard you receive advanced monitoring which includes all the of the below monitoring services. It allows us to proactively manage your network including entry and exit points for errors or potential failure before it begins to cause you real problems. On top of this it provides historical data for reporting and further analysis to evaluate the overall performance of the service provided.
 

In the event you do not have a Vaioni service or you are looking for additional management on top of what you or your incumbent supplier provides your business with, the Vaioni advanced monitoring service becomes a useful value-add.

Alerting
We can also notify you of outages or potential issues with your network. These notifications can be in the form of an email or SMS or both.

Latency
It is also possible for us to provide you with information on latency and packet loss. This information is currently based upon customer request and is often an invaluable tool in diagnosing issues upon a network before they become service affecting.

SNMP Based Monitoring
In addition to a web based monitoring solutions, we can also offer SNMP polling of your Vaioni managed network devices. In this manner you can run your own in house monitoring in addition to that supplied by Vaioni.

Web Based Monitoring
We can also offer our users a web based monitoring solution. Via a simple login it is possible to view Device Load, Traffic Patterns and CPU Usage.
